The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace D. Wattles
Wattles practised what he preached in his book 'The Science of Getting Rich' and by the time he passed away at the age of 51 was already quite wealthy which showed the principles he taught in his book actually worked if you consistently applied them.
What Wattles was explaining in 'The Science of Getting Rich' was how you build up a pattern of thoughts towards an end goal and by continually focusing these thoughts on the end goal you will ultimately achieve that goal. The Science is the 'Law of Attraction' and it is age old, Wattles was merely updating it for his readership of that time. As you would expect, the book is a little dated in the examples Wattles uses but you can easily reapply his examples into a more modern scenario and get the full understanding of what he is trying to convey.
The book is built up chapter by chapter with a small part of the bigger message given in each chapter to enable you to get an understanding of the message and in the final chapter you are given the message in it's entirety. The message is so powerful I wrote it down in full in my journal where I write my goals.
This book 'The Science of Getting Rich' is the book given to Rhonda Byrne when she was at a low point in her life and it's message was so powerful it inspired her to research and produce her film and book 'The Secret' which went on to become a worldwide phenomenon when it was brought out in 2006 and has remained popular ever since.
My copy is battered by constant use and when the sad day comes and it falls apart I'll simply order another copy as the book and it's message are a source of great inspiration and understanding of how the Universe never stops working for me, even if I occasionally lose sight of it. I thoroughly recommend you add this to your personal library and read it at least annually, as I do, to enable you to keep focused on constantly improving your life.
